摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立小儿咽扁颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:依利特Hypersil ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相,检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸在1.016～101.6μg/ml之间线性关系良好(γ=1),回收率为98.57%(RSD为0.55%)。结论:该方法操作简单,分离效果好,可作为小儿咽扁颗粒的质量控制标准。Objective：An HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Xiao＇er Yanbian Granules was established.Methods：A column of Hypersil ODS was used with acetonitrile and 0.2% solution of phosphoric acid（10：90）as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 327nm.Results：The linear range was 1.016～101.6μg/ml,γ=1,and average recovery was 98.57% with RSD 0.55%.Conclusion：The method is simple and good separation efficiency.It can be used in the standard of Xiao＇er Yanbian Granules.
