摘　　要：介绍了PHB的性质用途和检测方法及提取工艺,重点评述了PHB的生物合成方法及其研究进展,并简要分析了PHB的应用前景和发展方向。The characters,applications,inspecting method and distill technics of biodegradable Polyhydroxybutyrate（PHB）is introduced in this article.the research progress of biosynthesis method are mainly appraised.It is also analysis that the foreground of application and the development direction of PHB.
