微波联合咪喹莫特治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨微波术后应用咪喹莫特乳膏预防宫颈尖锐湿疣复发的疗效。方法:对采用不同疗法的两组患者在不同治疗阶段的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:实验组治疗后随访12周的复发率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:微波治疗后局部使用咪喹莫特乳膏能有效预防宫颈尖锐湿疣复发。Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of the Imiquimod Cream in preventing reoccurrence of the Condyloma Acuminatum on the Cervix Uteri after microwave treatment. Methods ： Effect of the two groups of patients in different stages of treatment were analyzed. Results： The Recurrence rate were decreased significantly in experimental group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The Imiquimod Cream Can be used effectively in preventing the reoccurrence of Condyloma Acuminatum on the Cervix Uteri after microwave treatment.
