经皮给药治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察和护理

摘　　要：目的:观察经皮治疗系统(TTS)和综合护理干预措施对小儿腹泻疗效的影响。方法:将140例小儿腹泻患者随机分为两组,在给予常规基础治疗的同时,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予TTS和全面综合护理,观察并比较两组疗效。结果:我们从严密观察病情、消毒隔离、心理疏导、皮肤护理、饮食指导、静脉补液、中医中药、健康教育等方面加强对小儿腹泻的护理,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有效的护理措施可以提高疗效,对小儿腹泻的治疗有积极意义。Objective：To observe the effects of nursing by trandernal therapentic system on infantile diarrhea.Methods：140 cases were randomly divided into two groups,all the patients were given the conventional foundation treatment,and the control group were given conventional nursing,the observation group were given TTS and the comprehensive nursing.to observe and compare the efficacy of the two groups after treatment and nursings.Results：We should closely observe the condition,disinfection and isolation,psychological counseling,skin care,dietary guidance,traditional medicine,healthy education,such as intravenous rehydration to strengthen the diarrhea in pediatric care.The curative effect of observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effective nursing measure may enhance the curative effects,and it has the positive sense to the infantile diarrhea treatment.
