小针刀加手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨小针刀加手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 对37例患者使用小针刀加手法治疗并与另外30例使用腰椎牵引加手法治疗腰椎间盘突出出症的患者疗效进行比较.结果 治疗组治愈16例,显效8例,好转4例,无效2例,有效率为93.33%;对照组治愈10例,显效7例,好转5例,无效8例,有效率为73.33%;两组疗效经Ridit分析,小针刀加手法组的疗效明显优于腰椎牵引加手法组（P〈0.05）.结论 小针刀加手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有一定的优越性.Objective To discuss the clinical curative effects of the small needle knife and the sleight treatment for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods To compare curative effects of the small needle knife with the sleight and the lumbar vertebra with the traction to treat the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Results Curative effects of two groups were analyzed by Ridit, the small needle knife and the sleight treatment for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc was better than the lumbar vertebra with the traction（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It shows the small needle knife and the sleight treatment for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has the superiority.
