摘 要:目的 探讨人性化护理服务在门诊病人护理中的施行与成效.方法 对2009年1月-2009年12月在我院门诊就诊的865例病人实施人性化护理,并在病人完成诊疗后调查病人对护理服务的满意度情况.结果 865例病人对门诊环境、健康教育、护患关系、技术水平、就诊指导、门诊管理的满意度为96%以上.结论 实施人性化护理服务,对提高门诊护理工作价值的内涵、病人的满意度、医院的社会和经济效益均有很大的积极作用.Objective To study the humanistic nursing service effects in outpatient care. Methods 865 patients from January 2009 to December 2009 in hospital were treated with humanistic care and services, and after treatment, the satisfaction with nursing care and other situation were investigated by questionnaire. Results The degree of satisfaction of 865 patients was over 96% on the aspects of outpatient environment, health education, nurse-patient relations, technical level, patient guidance and patient management.Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care services can enhance the value of outpatient care work, raise the degree of patient satisfaction, and improve the hospital's social and economic benefits.
