摘　　要：在三网融合的大背景下,介绍了三屏互动视频业务的典型业务形态,提出了电信运营商开展三屏互动视频业务的技术实现方案,同时阐述了三屏互动视频业务的重要意义。Under the background of three network convergence, the classical service formats of multi-screen service are presented, the technical solutions on multi-screen service presented by the operators are given, the importance of the multi-screen service is expounded.
