摘　　要：围绕用户体验分析了3G增值业务综合网管系统的规划和设计,对3G增值业务综合网管的若干特征、架构设计、指标建模方法及建设模式进行了探讨,这对3G增值业务综合网管系统的建设具有一定的指导意义。It analyzes the plan and design of 3G network management system for mobile value added service around users＇ experience, discusses some characteristics, architecture design, index modeling method and building mode, which has guidance for the building of 3G network management system for mobile value added service.
