摘  要:为了优化汽轮机组性能监测系统的性能,须提高热力系统定量分析的准确性。本文针对传统耗差分析方法中分析带疏水冷却器的表面式加热器抽汽压损变化引起的能损值时,处理疏水温度值所存在的问题,提出了改进的处理方法,分别建立了理论和工程数学模型,对提高热力系统定量分析的准确性具有极大的实际意义。并以国产引进型600 MW超临界机组为例,按照工程数学模型进行演算。In order to optimize the performance of steam turbine unit performance monitoring system,we should improve the accuracy of quantitative analysis and calculation for thermal system.Based on the problem existing in the traditional method of dealing with the drain temperature value when we analyze the energy loss caused by variation of the extraction steam pressure loss of surface heater with drain cooling zone,an improved method is presented.Both a theoretical mathematical model and a project mathematical model are established in this paper,which has a large practical significance on improving the accuracy of quantitative analysis and calculation for thermal system.Then this paper takes an imported supercritical steam turbine unit with capacity of 600 MW as an example to expound this model.
