复方丹参滴丸治疗心血管疾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸在治疗心血管疾病方面的疗效。方法:选择2009年2月～2010年2月期间收治的心血管病人40例,其中有18例为冠心病伴糖尿病患者,12例为冠心病伴高脂血症患者,10例为冠心病伴有高血压者。然后随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。观察组口服纯中药制品复方丹参滴丸,对照组合化硝酸甘油。对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和心电图做一个比较,然后得出结论。结果:与对照组相比,观察组临床疗效的总有效率明显高,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且与对照组相比,观察组的心电图改善的总有效率也明显高,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸可以有效缓解心血管疾病的主要症状和心电图的改善情况,对心血管性疾病的治疗具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the CDSP in the efficacy of the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Methods February 2009 -2010 year in February during the year 40 cases of cardiovascular patients admitted, 6f which 18 cases of coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus disease patients, 12 cases of angina pectoris associated with hyperlipoidemia , 10 persons cases of coronary heart disease associated with high blood pressure persons. Patients were then randomly divided into observation groups and the control group, 20 patients in each group. Obser- vation group was treated with pure Chinese medicine products CSDP, in the control group was treated with nitroglycerin. After treatment in two groups of patients with the clinical efficacy and ECG to make a comparison, and then reach a conclusion. Results Compared with control group, the clinical efficacy of the observation group were significantly higher overall response rate, the difference is both statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）; and compared with the control group to observe the Group＇s total effective rate of ECG improvement is clearly high, differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CSDP can effectively alleviate the main symptoms of cardiovascular disease and ECG im- provement of the situation, the treatment of cardiovascular disease of great significance.
