骨内高压的发病机制及其对骨关节炎的影响

摘　　要：1938年Larsen率先提出骨内压,在国内,1993年许振华等首先提出了"骨内高压症"的概念。但是,某些机制与骨关节炎的临床症状不符,且某些研究结果并不一致,甚至相互矛盾。还需进一步全面地深入研究,来完善各种机制。本文就骨内高压症对骨关节炎在某些研究中需要补充的方面及不一致的研究结果进行探讨。At first, Larsen had mentioned intraosseous pressure in 1938. Later, Xu Zheng hua has mentioned the concept of ＂intraosseous hy- pertension＂ at home in 1993. However, There are some contradictions between the athogenesy of intraosseons hypertension and clinical manifestation of ostarthritis, And some findings are inconsistents, even they are contradictory. Accordingly we wiU reserch thoroughly them, in order to consummate kinds of pathogenesy. Therefore, this thesis will discuss these contradictory results and impefect pathogenesy.
