摘 要:采用无机陶瓷膜法处理乳化液废水。研究了操作压力、膜面流速、温度对膜通量的影响,确定了无机陶瓷膜的最优操作条件。结果表明,在操作压力为0.36MPa,膜面流速为4.66m/s,温度为60℃时,无机陶瓷膜法处理乳化液废水,运行时间可达8h以上,油的去除率≥99.7%,COD的去除率≥99%,处理后的水达到一级排放标准。This experiment uses inorganic ceramic membrane for treatment of emulsion wastewater . It studies the effect of the operating pressure, velocity and temperature on the membrane flux, the optimal operating conditions of using the inorganic ceramic membrane were obtained . The results indicate that when the operating pressure is 0. 36 MPa and the membrane surface velocity is 4.66 m/s, running time can achieve above 8 hours ,removal rate of oil pollutants is more than 99.7% ,COD removal rate is more than 99%, the water after treatment can meet the one wastewater- discharging standard
