摘 要:为了验证插入式预留孔灌浆钢筋连接方法的可行性和可靠性,在进行钢筋锚固、搭接及剪力墙足尺试验结果的基础上,通过ANSYS对采用此方法的钢筋搭接性能进行单向拉伸试验数值模拟,利用非线性弹簧单元Comb in39来模拟钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结滑移关系。当拉拔力使钢筋屈服时,弹簧的伸长量很小,混凝土试件内部未发生粘结滑移破坏,其有限元分析得到的试件的屈服荷载及滑移量与理论计算值和试验实测值较为接近,最终验证了插入式预留孔灌浆钢筋的搭接连接是一种连接性能可靠,适合于住宅产业化下的预制混凝土结构的钢筋连接方法。In order to research the feasibility and reliability of plug-in filling hole for lap joint of steel bar connection method, based on the results of the anchorage and lapping and shear-wall tests, through ANSYS,the bar connection performance using this method was processed tensile numerical simu- lation test. Nonlinear spring element combin39 was used to simulate the bond-slip behavior between con- crete and bar. When the bar was yielded, the spring elongation was small, and the inside of concrete spec- imen had no slip-damage. The specimen yield load value and slippage of the finite element analysis were similar to the theoretical calculated value and actual test measured value. The plug-in filling hole for lap joint of steel bar connection is a reliable, simply construct and suitable for precast concrete structure in the housing industrialization.
