产业集聚视角下高技术产业创新绩效影响因素研究——基于中国省际面板数据(1998～2007)的研究

摘　　要：本文基于产业集聚相关理论视角,利用1998～2007年的省际面板数据,对中国高技术产业创新绩效的影响因素进行了理论探索与实证分析。结果表明:产业集聚度对创新绩效有积极作用,而且集聚度对创新投入与创新绩效之间的正向关系有积极的调节作用;产业集群的内部结构因素、社会信任度和全球产业链嵌入度会对集聚度与创新绩效之间的正向关系带来积极的调节作用;产业集群的外部环境因素、产业多样化程度和所在区域市场化程度会对集聚度与创新绩效之间的正向关系带来积极的调节作用。The past decade has witnessed a continuous development of the high - tech industries in China, some certain industrial cluster has formed as well, its influence on the performance of technological innovation, however, has yet been further explored. Based on the theory of industrial agglomeration, using provincial panel data from 1998 - 2007, this paper conducted a theoretical exploration and an empirical analysis on the factors affecting the performance of China＇s high -teeh industry innovation. The results showed that：industrial agglomeration has a positive effect on innovation performance, and the concentration degree has a positive mediate effect on the positive relationship between innovation input and innovation performance ; factors of the internal structure of industrial clusters, including social trust and embedding degree of the global industrial chain have a positive mediate effect on the positive relationship between concentration degree and innovation performance ;the external environmental factors of the industrial clusters, such as industrial diversification and the marketization degree of the regional markets also have a positive mediate effect on the positive relationship between agglomeration degree and innovation performance. Based on the above conclusions, some insights and recommendations concerning how to deal with the relationship between government and market in industrial clusters nurturing and how to enhance regional industry cluster innovation performance are given
