摘　　要：文章以多业务传送平台及自动光交换网络等现代传送网技术为理论基础,围绕四川电力川东南光传送网升级扩容建设工程实践,从传送容量、距离、业务种类以及智能化等几方面对该工程的可靠性、可实施性进行分析论证,对电力传送网的建设规划具有一定的指导意义。Based on the modern transmission network technologies such as MSTP（Multi-Service Transport Platform） and ASON（automatic optical switching network）,this paper introduces the upgrading of optical transmission network in south-east Sichuan,and analyses the reliability and operability from the aspects of transmission capacity and distance,type of services,intelligence and so on.This will be helpful for future development of power transmission network.
