摘  要:根据馈线实时功率因数的变化规律,并附加谐波自适应制动判据,文中提出一种电气化铁路自耦变压器(AT)供电接触网断线接地故障识别方法。该方法通过馈线保护装置能够识别出断线接地形成的高阻抗故障(有别于高过渡电阻接地故障),在励磁涌流等暂态及重负荷工况下识别元件不误动,同时解决了AT解列后常规保护可能拒动的问题。目前的高速铁路、重载铁路及客运专线都采用了先进的AT供电模式,文中提出的识别方法具有一定的应用价值并经过了实践检验。A new method is proposed to identify grounding faults with catenary disconnection in autotransformer(AT)power supply system for electric railways.This method is based on the variation of real time feeder power factor,and a restraint criterion which can be adaptively adjusted by the system harmonics.The feeder protection equipment can identify highimpedance faults caused by grounding with catenary disconnection,which is different from high transition resistance grounding faults.The identification component is able to maintain normal operation even under conditions when there are heavy load,inrush current and other transients.The method is also able to solve the problem associate with conventional protection which may possibly not respond to faults after AT has been separated.Given that the high-speed railway,heavy load railway and the passenger special line have all been using advanced AT power supply patterns,the identification method proposed has significant value in applications.The feasibility has also been proved in practice.
