穴位注射对心肌缺血性损伤大鼠心肌SOD、MDA含量与红细胞膜流动性关系的研究

摘　　要：目的与方法：本研究用穴位注射丹参液，对抗大剂量异丙基肾上腺素造成大鼠急性心肌缺血。结果和结论：穴位注射可提高大鼠ＳＯＤ活性，降低ＭＤＡ含量，使红细胞膜流动性增加。穴位注射能改善心肌功能状态，对缺血性心肌具有一定的治疗和保护作用。这种作用可能与抗自由基活性有关。Objective and method: Apply hadix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (SM) liquid by injection against acute myocardial ischemia of rats caused by overdose of isoproterenol. Reslult and Conclusion:Thus point injection may activate the superoxide dismutases (SOD) of the rats,decrease the contents of the malon diadehyde (MDA) to promote the rheological characteristics of the red cell membranes and suggest that the point injection can ameliorate cardiac cell function,is effective against treating and protecting acute myocardial ischemia and this effect may relate to the activation of anti free radicals.
