摘 要:2007年3月,在河北省37个山区县进行土壤采样,并进行室内水分化验。运用降水资源化潜力计算模型,对河北省山区降水资源化的潜力进行分析与评价。结果表明:河北省山区对降水资源化可实现富集量潜力的开发不到一半,对理论富集量潜力的开发更低,有待通过技术进步提高潜力开发程度;河北省的径流富集工程应以农村居民点为核心区域;河北省山区降水量是影响径流富集量的主导因素。Caused by climatic conditions and man-made factors,Hebei Province showed even more serious shortage of water resources.Soil and corn samples were collected from 37 mountain counties and conducted for water-related tests in 2007.By using the model of precipitation potential resource,the mountain precipitation were analyzed and evaluated in Hebei.The results showed that precipitation was the single important factor that effected the soil moisture content and maize yield.In the mountain area of Hebei province,now the exploitation of water resource only reachs half of the resource of precipitation and even lower ratio of that theoretical potential.It is necessary to increase the degree of exploitation by technological improvements.The core region of runoff harvesting project should be located in the rural residential area.The dominant factor that influence the amount of runoff collection is precipitation.
