二尖瓣狭窄球囊成形术后左心室收缩功能的探讨

摘　　要：二尖瓣球囊成形术能否提高二尖瓣狭窄患者的左心室收缩功能，国内外展开了较广泛的讨论。但是，有关MBV术后较长时间的左心室收缩功能的报道较少。本文用多普勒超声心动图对11例行MBV术的患者进行了术后1周乃术后1年的跟踪随访，结果是．术后1周与术前比较：EDV、ESV、SV、CO、EF及MVA各项指标均提高。术后1年与术后1周比较：ESV降低，EDV.SV．CO.EF进一步提高，MVA无明显变化。Mitral balloon valvotomy (MBV) relieved mitral obstruction by a less invasive technique.Several investigators reported the systolic and diastolic function However, the long-term efect ofMBV on left ventricular volume and function was not fully elucidate. To determine the short and longterm effect of MBV on left ventricular volume and function, we studied 11 patients with mitralstenosis undergoing MBV by two-dimensional echocardiography before andone week after MBV and atmean 12 months later. We conclude that EDV, ESV, SV, CO, EF and MVA are increased shortly after MBV andthat EDV, SV, CO. EF continue to increase at follow-up 12 months later.
