摘　　要：Sorona纤维具有较低的初始模量和较好的回弹性,使用其开发的面料具有较好的手感。Fly-cool纤维是在锦纶中加入纳米级的复合矿石成分,从而使材料具有很好的接触凉感,接触皮肤后可产生1～2℃的瞬间凉感,阳光日照后可产生3～5℃的温差,同时具有吸湿排汗、抗紫外线的功能。在介绍了Sorona与Flycool产品特性的基础上,阐述了Sorona、Flycool环保凉爽面料的具体开发实例,并指明其染整开发中的注意事项。同时,简述了该种凉爽产品的测试方法。Sorona fiber bears lower initial modulus and better elastic recovery,thus leading to a better hand of the knitted fabric.The Flycool fiber is made from nylon with nanometer level composite ore particles introduction,which bears excellent skin-contact cool feeling of 1～2 ℃ transient drop and 3～5 ℃ temperature difference after sunlight irradiation.Furthermore,the Flycool fiber possesses functions of moisture-absorption,sweat-transferring and anti-ultraviolet radiation.Based on introducing properties of Sorona and Flycool products,this paper presents the concrete developing examples of environment-friendly cool fabrics knitted with Sorona/ FlycoolR fiber,and points out the precautions in the dyeing and finishing process.In addition,this paper introduces the testing methods of this environment-friendly cool fabric.
