土地综合整治效益评价研究——以河南省陕县为例

摘　　要：通过选取陕县2个土地整理项目、4个土地综合整治项目,借助层次分析法(AHP)对陕县土地综合整治从经济、社会、生态三个方面效益进行评价分析,并构建相对完善的评价指标体系,得出如下结论:土地综合整治效益优于土地整理效益、经济基础是土地综合整治效益高低制约因素的结论。Selecting two items of land consolidations, four projects of comprehensive improvement of Shanxian County, this paper evaluates the comprehensive land consolidation of the county in terms of economic, social and ecological benefits by using Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） and constructs a relatively perfect evaluation index system, with a conclusion that the benefit of land comprehensive improvement is greater than that of land consolidation, with economic base restricting the comprehensive regulation of land.
