跨组织学习在网络嵌入性与技术创新之间的中介效应

摘　　要：由于没有引入中介变量,在技术创新网络研究中,网络嵌入性对技术创新绩效的作用模糊不清。通过引入跨组织学习,建立了网络嵌入性、跨组织学习与两类技术创新之间的关系模型,经过实证检验发现:在关系嵌入性与渐进性创新之间,开发性学习的中介效应非常明显,而在结构嵌入性与突破性技术创新之间,开拓性学习的中介效应比较明显。In the absence of the introduction of intermediate variable,the network embeddedness in the performance of technical innovation is vague,and even diametrically opposed.In this paper,by introduction of inter organizational learning,it establishes a chain relationship among embeddedness,cross-organizational learning and the two types of technological innovation.Through empirical testing,the paper finds out that exploitation learning is the intermediate variable between relational embeddedness and incremental innovation,but in the structural embededness and technical innovation,the mediating effect of exploration learning is more distinct.
