摘　　要：企业加入战略联盟获得的利益来自于价值创造和价值攫取两个过程,它包括分工合作利益和利润分配利益两部分。从经济学视角,通过利润率和需求弹性这两个因素分别剖析了短期、长期情况下企业在价值攫取过程中对利润分配利益的获得情况,从而将价值攫取过程中获得利润分配利益纳入企业选择联盟价值环节的战略框架中。The benefits of the alliance come from the process of value creation and value appropriation including the interests of division of labor and the interests of profit distribution.From the economics perspective,through the profit margins and demand elasticity,it analyzes the process of enterprise value usurped the profit distribution of benefits during the short term and long term cases,which will take the process of falsifying the value of the profits into the choice of the value link in the strategic framework.
