摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定釉中彩陶瓷盘中铅、镉、铬、镍、钴、锑、锌、砷8种有害物质的溶出量,对比研究酸性浸泡液的种类(3%和4%乙酸、1%柠檬酸、1%乳酸)对溶出量的影响。试验结果表明:用4%乙酸作为浸泡液时,溶出的有害物质种类最多,但不是每种元素的溶出量都最多;相对于4%乙酸浸泡液中的溶出量,3%乙酸浸泡液中砷的溶出量大,1%柠檬酸浸泡液中铅的溶出量大,1%乳酸浸泡液中铅、镉、镍的溶出量均大于4%乙酸中的溶出量。Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was adopted for concurrently measuring the release of hazardous substances(lead,cadmium,chromium,nickel,cobalt,antimony,zinc and arsenic) from the in-glazed ceramic discs,and contrast research was performed to the influence of kinds of acidic leachates(3% acetic acid,4% acetic acid,1% citric acid,1% lactic acid) on the release.Test results show that maximum kinds of hazardous substances are released when 4% acetic acid is taken as the leachate,but not the release of each element is the greatest.Higher concentrations of arsenic is released into 3% acetic acid than 4% acetic acid,higher concentration of lead is released into 1% citric acid than 4% acetic acid,and higher concentrations of lead,cadmium,nickel are released into 1% lactic acid than 4% acetic acid.
