摘  要:该类产品属于异种金属焊接(珠光体耐热钢、马氏体不锈钢、碳钢),具有厚度大(最大熔深达150 mm),4条环形对接焊缝密集分布,焊缝两侧结构非对称,尺寸精度要求高等特点。本文针对该类产品的材料和结构特点进行了大量试验和分析,设计了产品装配和焊接工装,解决了异种金属材料不预热工况下的焊接难题,优化并掌握了EBW的焊接工艺。结果表明,在非对称结构大厚度环形密集焊缝上采用真空电子束焊接(以下简称EBW)工艺是成功的,形成了具有自主知识产权的该类产品制造工艺模式,在国内汽轮机行业首家使用。The subject type of product is welded by heterogeneous metal(pearlite heat-resisting steel,martensite heat-resisting steel).It has the characteristics of big thickness(welding depth 150mm maximum),4 annular dense butt welds,asymmetrical structure on both sides of weld,higher dimension precision requirement and so on.This paper presents the conductin of a large number of tests and analysis according to the material and structural characteristic of the product,the design of the assembly tools and welded tools of the products,the solution of the difficult problem when the heterogeneous metal to weld has not been preheated,the optimization and grasp of the vacuum electron beam welding(EBW) process.The result shows that the EBW application on big-thickness dense annular welds in asymmetrical structure is successful,the manufacturing process mode of the products has formed the independent intellectual property right,and has been used first in the domestic steam turbine works.
