摘 要:水热法合成了H-MCM-68分子筛并对其进行脱铝处理。采用XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD等对脱铝前后的H-MCM-68进行了表征。以联苯和丙烯为原料,考察H-MCM-68和脱铝H-MCM-68(DH-MCM-68)催化剂对联苯的异丙基化反应合成线性4,4’-二异丙基联苯的催化活性。结果表明,DH-MCM-68(n(Si)/n(Al)=120)催化剂对联苯的异丙基化反应表现出高的催化活性和高的4,4’-二异丙基联苯选择性。在573 K、0.8 MPa、反应时间4 h的条件下,联苯的转化率达到81.2%,4,4’-二异丙基联苯选择性达到70.5%。The H-MCM-68 zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and then treated by dealumination.The H-MCM-68 before and after dealumination were characterized by XRD,SEM and NH3-TPD.The catalytic activities of H-MCM-68 and dealuminated H-MCM-68(DH-MCM-68) in the synthesis of 4,4'-diisopropylbiphenyl by biphenyl isopropylation were investigated.The results showed that the DH-MCM-68(n(Si)/n(Al)=120) catalyst had higher catalytic activity in biphenyl isopropylation and higher selectivity for 4,4'-diisopropylbiphenyl was obtained.Under the conditions of 573 K,0.8 MPa and 4 h,the conversion of biphenyl reached 81.2% and the selectivity of 4,4'-diisopropylbiphenyl reached 70.5% in biphenyl isopropylation over DH-MCM-68.
