摘  要:以数值计算为手段,选择合适的气-固两相流模型,对提升管反应器进料段内的气-固两相流进行(CFD)模拟计算。通过分析CFD模拟结果,从计算角度出发优化提升管反应器进料段结构,将混合C4进料管由直管改为环管,使催化剂颗粒分布更加均匀以保证与原料的接触,同时减少颗粒间以及颗粒与器壁间碰撞机会,减少催化剂磨损。结构优化解决了提升管反应器内催化剂破碎严重的问题,将丙烯收率由14.91%提高到19.53%,油浆固含率也大大降低。Numerical calculation method was used to optimize the structure of existing riser reactor.Appropriate model of multiphase flow was selected for the(CFD) simulation of the gas-solid flow inside the riser reactor.According to the CFD simulation results,an optimized structure of the riser reactor was acquired to reduce cracking of catalyst.After structure optimized of riser reactor the distribution of catalyst particles could be more uniform and the collision opportunities between both particle-particle and particle-wall could be reduced.The calibration results showed that by using the optimized riser reactor the propylene yield increased from 14.91% to 19.53% and the solid holdup was reduced a lot.
