摘  要:采用磁回旋共振质谱(FTICR MS)法对几种加氢VGO原料油中硫化物的类型进行了表征。在此基础上,采用正十六烷为烃类模型化合物,分别掺加一定量的苯并噻吩和二苯并噻吩,在轻油微反装置上考察了这两种硫化物的转化性能。结果表明,加氢VGO原料油中二苯并噻吩类和萘苯并噻吩类硫化物含量最高,其次是苯并噻吩类硫化物,噻吩类硫化物的含量很低。在催化裂化反应中,苯并噻吩或二苯并噻吩主要发生缩合反应,使原料油中的硫元素转移到焦炭中,还发生烷基化反应生成相对分子质量更大的烷基化苯并噻吩或烷基化二苯并噻吩。The distribution of sulfur compounds in hydrotreated vacuum gas oil(HVGO) was analyzed by FTICR MS methods.It was found that among the sulfur compounds in HVGO the content of dibenzothiophene species(DBTs) and naphbenzothiophene species(NBTs) was the highest,then the content of benzothiophene species(BTs),thiophene species was the smallest,based on which,the cracking performances of sulfur compounds were investigated by using sulfur-containing model compounds(benzothiophene and dibenzothiophene).The results indicated that benzothiophene or dibenzothiophene mainly underwent condensation reaction,making sulfur element transfer into coke,and also underwent alkylation reaction to produce alkylbenzothiophene or alkyldibenzothiophene.Moreover,the former reaction is easier than the later.
