摘　　要：下疳样脓皮病为出现在儿童或成人面部或生殖器的硬下疳样损害,临床少见,本文报道1例。患者男性,45岁,因龟头及包皮不适、溃疡反复2月余就诊。经临床症状、细菌培养及组织病理学等确诊为下疳样脓皮病,青霉素钠及泼尼松等治疗2周后痊愈。本例分泌物培养为琼氏不动杆菌,值得临床医生注意。Chancriform pyoderma, a chancre-like lesion occurring on face or genitals of children or adults, is rarely encountered in clinical practice. We report a 45-year old male patient who complained of discomfort and repeated ulcer of his glans penis and foreskin for more than two months. He was diagnosed as chancriform pyoderma according to the clinical symptoms, bacterial culture and pathology. After treatment with penicillin and prednisone for two weeks, the ulcer was gradually healed. Bacterial culture of his secretion was Acinetobacter junii, which deserves attention of clinicians.
