血虚证红细胞免疫功能和变形性、淋巴细胞转化功能及自由基代谢的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨血虚证免疫功能变化和自由基代谢的特点及其意义。方法：选择３４例临床血虚证患者及３０例正常人，并采用缓慢放血及饥饱失宜联合方法制作２４只血虚证家兔模型。对血虚证红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体（ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲ）花环率，红细胞免疫复合物（ＲＢＣＩＣ）花环率、红细胞变形指数（ＤＩ）、Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群、Ｔ和Ｂ淋巴细胞转化率、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）和过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）的变化进行了研究；同时观察中药四物汤对上述指标的影响。结果：血虚证时，ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲ花环率明显降低，ＲＢＣＩＣ花环率明显升高；红细胞ＤＩ值降低；Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群ＯＫＴ３和ＯＫＴ４明显降低，ＯＫＴ８略高但变化不明显，ＯＫＴ４／ＯＫＴ８明显下降；Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞转化率均明显降低；ＳＯＤ活性明显降低，ＬＰＯ含量明显升高。Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１。给血虚证家兔服用四物汤后，其ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲ明显提高，ＲＢＣＩＣ明显降低；红细胞ＤＩ值明显升高；Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞转化率明显增加；ＳＯＤ活性明显上升，ＬＰＯ含量显著下降。Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１。结论：血虚证时细胞免疫功能明显降低，红细胞变形性下降，机体产生自由基。四物汤具有提高ＲＢＣ功能、改善血虚症状、促进免疫功能恢复和?Objective:To investigate the changes in immune functions,the metabolic characteristics and significances of free radicals in blood deficiency syndrome(BDS).Methods:Clinically 34 cases with BDS and 30 normal subjects were selected.Simultaneously 24 models of rabbits with BDS were constructed by slowly drawing blood and irregular feeding.The changes in red blood cell(RBC)C 3b receptor rosette rate,RBCimmune complex(IC) rosette rate,deformable index of RBC(DI),T lymphocytic subgroups,transformable rates of T and B lymphocytes,erythrocytic superoxide dismutase(SOD),and lipid peroxidation(LPO) were studied while the influences of Siwu Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine on abovementioned parameters were observed.Results:In BDS the RBCC 3b receptor rosette rate was markedly depressed,RBCIC rosette rate markedly elevated,RBC DI value declined,OKT 3 and OKT 4 of T lymphocytic subgroups were obviously decreased,OKT 8 was slightly increased (not obviously),OKT 4/OKT 8 significantly decreased,transformable rates of all T and B lymphocytes were obviously depressed,activities of SOD markedly decreased,concentrations of LPO significantly heightened ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).After feeding Siwu Decoction orally to rabbit model with BDS the RBCC 3b receptor was elevated,RBCIC depressed,and DI value of RBC heightened significantly.The transformable rates of T and B lymphocytes were increased,the activities of SOD elevated,and the concentrations of LPO declined significantly ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusions:In BDS the cellular immune functions are significantly depressed,erythrocytic deformabilities are significantly declined,and body produces free radicals.The Siwu Decoction is able to heighten RBC functions,improve symptoms of blood deficiency,promote recovery of immune functions,and eliminate actions of free radicals.
