摘 要:压力源造成员工的工作压力失衡,有可能导致人才的流失,给企业造成有形和无形的损失。从工作压力的角度探讨人才流失预警,构建基于工作压力的人才流失预警模型,分析了工作压力阈值的测量方法,探讨了警报级别的判定方法,并从短期和长期两个层面提出人才流失的预控对策。The pressure source causes work pressure to staff and may lead to the brain drain, creating visible and invisible losses to enterprises. The brain drain early warning is probed into from working pressure's angle,and the brain drain's early warning model is built based on work pressure. Then the measure methods of early warning threshold are analyzed,as well as the level of the alert, meanwhile the precontrol measures of brain drain are put forward from short term and long-term planes, which help to improve staff's working and life quality, retain the talent for enterprises.
