摘　　要：德国著名哲学家斯宾格勒是从文化的角度透视技术的第一位哲学家,是他开辟了文化学的技术哲学的研究视角;他从技术存在的生物学基础着手的技术本质论证,则是继卡普以来的人类学的技术哲学思想发展史上的一个新的里程碑;斯宾格勒因此被称为是技术哲学领域的历史文化主义的代表和技术的"权力意志观"的代表。他的技术哲学思想主要体现在:他提出了技术是人类"生活的策略"和"技术是理性活动"的技术观;得出了技术是物化的文化和西方文化必然衰亡的悲观主义思想。The famous philosopher Spengler is the first one who perceives technology from the perspective of culture. It is he who opens the research perspective of technical philosophy of cult-urology. His argument to the nature of technology from the start of biological foundation of technical existence is a new milestone in technical philosophy history of anthropology since Kapp. Thus, Spengler is recognized as the representative of historical and cultural doctrine in the sphere of technical philosophy and the representative of ＂the will to power view＂ of technology. Spengler＇s thought of technical philosophy is mainly embodied in the following.he proposes that technology be ＂strategy of life＂ of humans, ＂technology be rational activity＂ ; and technology be culture of materialization. Finally he draws conclusion of a pessimism thought that western culture,namely technical culture will decline inevitably.
