摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺手术并发症的观察及护理。方法:回顾性分析207例甲状腺手术患者的临床资料。结果:207例甲状腺患者术后21例出现相关并发症,其中术后出血2例,甲状腺危象1例,声音嘶哑4例,音调降低5例,饮水呛咳2例,手足抽搐4例,甲状腺功能减退3例。上述并发症经积极有效的治疗及护理后,均得到控制。结论:术后严密观察及精心护理,提高了甲状腺手术的治愈率。Objective To explore the observation and nursing of complications in Thyroid surgery.Methods Clinical data of 207 patients of thyroid surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results 21 cases occurred related complications in 207 patients,including 2 cases of bleeeding,1 case of thyroid crisis,4 cases of hoarseness,5 cases of lower pitch,2 cases of cough,4 case of tetany and 3 cases of hypothyroidism.All of the complications were under control by positive and effective treatment and nursing.Conclusion Close observation and intensive nursing improve the cure rate of thyroid surgery.
