摘 要:对电镀锌钢板进行钼酸盐钝化处理。研究了该钝化膜在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。极化曲线测试结果显示:转化膜的腐蚀电位正移,腐蚀电流密度减小。转化膜的阻抗弧曲率半径明显增大。膜层较为均匀,表面无明显孔洞。盐雾试验结果表明:钼酸盐转化膜的耐腐蚀性能不如铬酸盐转化膜。A blue and shiny conversion film with uniform and c om pact characteristics was obtained by passivation treatment for electro-galvaniz ed steel plate in molybdate bath.The corrosion behavior of this film was invest igated in 3.5% NaCl using electrochemical methods.Polarization curve test resul ts showed that corrosion potential of the film shifted positively and the corr osion current density decreased.EIS measurement results illustrated that the r adius of impedance loop increased significantly.It could be found that the con version film was uniform and no visible holes existed on the film surface throug h high magnification optical microscope observation.The salt spray test results showed that the corrosion resistance of molybdate conversion film was inferior to that of chromate conversion film.
