摘　　要：对硅整流二极管开路或短路的故障作了详细分析和仿真,提出了一种在线监测旋转硅整流管的方法,当硅整流管开路时能发出信号,在短路时能迅速解列发电机,以维护机组的安全和提高船舶电力系统的安全性和可靠性.In the rotating-diode phase compound excitation Brushless synchronous machine,if one diode appears fault,such as opening or shorting during the normal operating,it will do harm to the generator.The design of this model give one way to monitor the rotating-diode.which gives a sign for opening diode or makes the generator trip for shorting diode.and protects the machines safety.
