摘 要:文章在总结了国内外有关胜任特征研究的基础上,采用自编问卷对我国不同级别的篮球裁判员的胜任特征进行了调查研究。研究表明构成我国篮球裁判员胜任特征的维度按平均分大小依次为:临场执裁、自我完善、职业素质、个人特质、动机和人际沟通。不同性别和级别的篮球裁判员的胜任特征是不同的。性别因素在篮球裁判员胜任特征的维度上不产生主效应;级别因素在临场执裁、职业素质和人际沟通上产生主效应;性别和级别的交互在临场执裁和人际沟通方面产生作用。临场执裁方面,裁判等级越高,能力越强,男裁判员要优于女裁判员。人际沟通方面,普通一组好于绩优组,绩优组中,女裁判员的人际沟通能力要好于男裁判;职业素质方面,级别越高职业素质越强。This article concludes the study of competency overseas and domestic.The article uses questionnaires to investigate basketball referees in different levels in our country.The research shows that the average sizes of the dimensions which constitute basketball referees'competency in our country are:ability in count,Self-perfection,professional qualities,personal characters,motivation and Associates with others.Basketball referees in different genders and different levels have different competency.The gender factor do not have main effect on the dimension of basketball referees' competency.The level factor has main effect on enforcement on-the-spot,professional qualities and interpersonal communication.The combination of the gender and the level has effect on enforcement on-the-spot and interpersonal communication.In the aspect of the enforcement on-the-spot,the referee's level is higher and the ability is stronger,the male referee can be better than the female.In the aspect of interpersonal communication,among the male and female referees,the common group is better than the superior one.In the superior group,the female referees are better than the males.In the aspect of professional qualities,the higher the level is,the higher the professional quality is.
