摘　　要：著作权集体管理组织在整个著作权法中占有举足轻重的地位。通过梳理著作权集体管理组织的历史、功能,并对我国著作权集体管理组织的发展、组织模式及存在的争议进行分析后可得出如下结论:政府主导并辅之以权利限制的分立式民间社团法人是当前我国著作权集体管理组织的现实选择。The copyright collective management organization occupies a pivotal position in the whole copyright law system.By combing its history,function and analyzing its development,organizational model and existing disputes in china further,the author holds that the non-government organization corporate having limited right with government playing a leading role is the choice of the copyright collective management organization of in China.
