摘　　要：新型农村合作医疗政策的分流就医政策是为了促进乡镇医院的发展,解决农民"看病贵、看病难"的问题而设计的。本文以广州市番禺区分流就医政策的实施情况为例,通过分析分流就医政策对农民就医行为的影响以及农民对分流就医政策的认知,运用政策学、管理学等方法,对如何提高分流就医政策的效果提出建议。The purpose of the reasonable distribution of patients under the new cooperative medicare policy is to promote the development of rural-town hospitals and solve the farmers＇ medical problems.This article reports on the results of a survey of the distribution of patients under the cooperative treatment policy in Panyu District of Guangzhou.Following an analysis of the impact of such a practice on the farmers＇ behavior in and attitude to seeking medical treatment,it puts forward some reasonable and scientific suggestions about how to improve the effects of the distribution of patients under the cooperative treatment policy in the rural area.
