摘　　要：[目的]探讨锁定加压钢板（LCP）治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效. 方法：回顾分析2006年4月至2010年3月收治的并得到随访的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,应用LCP治疗后的临床疗效. [结果]31例患者中23例得到随访.随访6～18个月（平均9.3个月）,骨折愈合时间16～20周.本组有2例有轻度的复位丢失,颈干角减小,但都骨性愈合,对患髋无明显影响.无钢板断裂和伤口感染病例.髋关节功能评定采用Harris标准：优14例,良7例,可2例,优良率为91.30%. [结论]锁定钢板治疗的高龄股骨粗隆骨折具有操作简便、手术时间短、骨折愈合快、固定牢固、可作早期康复锻炼和并发症少等优点.[Objective] To investigate the effect of locking compression plate（LCP） for treating intertrochanteric fracture. [Method]A retrospective study of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients was treated by locking compression plate from April 2006 to March 2010. [Result] 23 cases of 31 cases were followed up for 6-18 months （average for 9.3 months）. The healing time of fracture was 16-20 weeks. 2 cases had mild loss of fracture reduction. The neck shaft angles were smaller but had no significant influences on the sick hips and both attain bone healing. No case happened plate rupture and wound infection. Hip function was evaluated by Harris standard： excellent in 14 cases, good in seven cases, general in 2 cases and good rate was 91.30%. [Conclusion] For treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly people, locking plate has advantages such as simple operation, short operation time, fast fracture healing, firm fixation, convenience for early rehabilitation exercise and fewer complications.
