摘　　要：目的:探讨老年糖耐量低减者(IGT)血液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及一氧化氮水平与微量白蛋白尿发生的关系。方法:IGT微量白蛋白尿组和正常白尿组各35例,分别测定TNF-α和一氧化氮含量。结果:IGT微量白蛋白尿组TNF-α和一氧化氮含量较正常白蛋白尿组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:结论TNF-α和NO共同参与IGT者微量白蛋白尿的发生。Objective：To evaluate the level of serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α）and nitric oxide（NO）with urinary of albumin and regulation in age of impaived glucose tolerance（IGT）.Methods：The studied patients were devided into the study group（35 cases）and the control group（35 cases）,whose mensurate TNF-αand NO in blood.Results：TNF-αand NOofthe people in the al-bum of IGT group are obvionsly higher than normal＇s（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：TNF-αand NO bring the urinary of albumin happen in IGT.
