参地降糖颗粒对链脲佐菌素性糖尿病大鼠及正常大鼠胰岛β细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：参地降糖颗粒对链脲佐菌素性糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量异常有明显的改善作用，并可明显降低ＡＵＣ区线下面积；对ＳＴＺ－ＤＭ大鼠胰岛β细胞损伤有一定的修复作用；对正常大鼠的空腹血糖和血清胰岛素水平没有明显的影响。Sugar tolerance abnormal diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin were dosed with shendi jiangtang powder and great improvement were achieved after administration.The lesion of pancreas cells of STZ DM rats was also he repaired after the medication,while serum insulin and the blood sugar of the normal rats were not affected;nevertheless the glyburide control group was affected by the medicine.
