省际体育资源配置的公平性及其与竞技体育水平的灰色关联分析

摘　　要：利用全国31个省、市、区2005-2008年体育资源数据,测算省际体育资源的洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数、锡尔指数和加权变异系数,分析省际之间的体育资源配置公平性,并利用灰色关联方法测算各体育资源指标与竞技体育水平的关联度。结果表明,我国省际体育资源按人口分布配置公平性较差;经济发达、体育基础雄厚、竞技体育实力强的地区相对占有更多资源,体育资源分配不公的现象越来越显著;省际体育资源与竞技体育水平相关程度也越来越显著。This paper measures the Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient,Theil index and the weighted coefficient of variation by using the sports resources data of the 31 provinces（cities,districts）,analyses the fairness of the allocation of the sports resources between provinces,and measures the correlation level of the sports resources indicators and athletic sports level by using the gray correlation method.The results show that the fairness of the allocation of inter-provincial sports resources according to population distribution is unfair;the areas whose economy are developed,sports are popular and competitive sports are occupying more resources,inequitable distribution of sports resources become increasingly significant;the related degree between the sports resources and athletic sports level aslo become increasingly significant.
