摘　　要：健身作为国民的一种体育文化需要,已经空前旺盛。目前国内健身资源还是非常紧缺。要大力发展健身事业,满足人民日益增长的健身需要,在健身资源分配的公平与效率、社会效益和经济效益之间寻求一个最佳平衡点具有重要意义。通过问卷调查和专家访谈构建一个科学、有效的健身效益评估指标体系。Bodybuilding is booming as it fits the need of the people in sport.Now,the bodybuilding resources are in shortage.It is important to develop bodybuilding industry to meet the need of the people,pay attention to the equality and efficiency of the allocation of bodybuilding resources and balance the social benefit and economic benefit of this initiative.With the method of questionnaire and expert interview,the paper builds a scientific and effective indicator system of the effect of bodybuilding.
