高水平足球运动员竞技期望、教练员训练方式与团队归属感的关系研究

摘　　要：为了研究高水平足球运动员竞技期望、教练员训练方式与团队归属感的关系,通过对110名高水平足球运动员进行问卷调查,结果表明:高水平足球运动员竞技期望、教练员训练方式与团队归属感方面存在着性别、所属环境与训练层次上的差异;高水平足球运动员团队归属感的各个维度与其竞技期望中的环境协调性以及教练员训练方式中的大多因素显著相关;训练中教练员—运动员的感情融合、比赛中教练员—运动员的心得交流、训练中对运动员技术提升激励对比赛归属感因子有显著预测作用,环境协调性、比赛中教练员—运动员的心得交流对训练归属感因子有显著预测作用,训练中教练员—运动员的感情融合、训练中对运动员技术提升激励、比赛中对运动员战术执行认可对人际归属感因子有显著预测作用。In order to explore the relationship between competition expectation of high-level soccer players,their coach＇s training methods and their sense of belonging,the research makes analysis on 110 high-level soccer players by the measures of questionnaire.The result shows that the high-level soccer players＇competition expectation,the coach＇s training method and their sense of belonging have differences according to the gender,environment and training levels.Each factor of high-level soccer players＇ sense of belonging has significant correlation with the environment adaption in the competitive expectation and the coaching measures of coaches.The relationship between coaches and athletes in training, the communication between coaches and athletes in competitions,the incentives to the technique perfection of athletes in training and the recognition of the techniques used by the athletes in competition are the indicators of sense of belonging and their function of predication is quite significant.
