摘  要:在江苏省南京、徐州、连云港、无锡、南通和淮安六地采集淡色库蚊,采用幼虫浸渍法和成虫滤纸接触法,分别检测幼虫和成虫对7种常用杀虫剂的抗性,并对检测结果进行比较.结果表明,六地淡色库蚊幼虫和成虫对测试的7种药物均已产生不同程度的抗性,其中,溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯对成虫抗性一般高于幼虫,最大达21.17倍.幼虫和成虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯抗性结果间均无明显相关性,r分别为0.513,0.570,0.130,P值分别为0.298,0.238,0.804,均大于0.05.Culex pipiens pallens larvae were collected at the suburbs of the 6 cites in Jiangsu Province. The resistances of larvae and adults to 7 pesticides were tested with dip method and contact method respectively. And the resistance tests results of the larva and adults were compared. The results showed that the larva and adults of culex pipiens paUens from 6 cites had different resistance levels to 7 pesticides. The resistances of adults to dehamethrin, beta-cypermethrin and permethrin were higher than that of larva, and the greatest was 21. 17 times. There was no obvious correlation between the resistances of larva and adults to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin and permethrin, r were 0. 513, 0. 570, 0. 130 respectively, and the value of P were 0. 298, 0. 238 and 0. 804 respectively.
