摘　　要：针对自动测试系统的计量保障需求,提出了自动测试系统校准规范,为实现自动测试系统的校准提供技术支持,提出了完整的自动测试系统自动计量方法,从计量角度解决了ATE系统如何计量这一难题,并结合实例进行了初步研究。该方法新颖易行,可在各种ATE系统的计量保障中推广应用,对测试系统计量保障的进一步研究和实施有积极作用,具有较高的理论价值。ATS calibration standard is proposed to fit the needs of ATS metrology.It provides technical support for ATS calibration,as well as integrated ATS automatic metrology methods.The difficulty of realizing ATS metrology is overcome by the proposed method,and preliminary study was carried out in combination with instances.The method is novel and enforceable for popularization and application in the metrology of ATS,and plays a positive role in its further research and implementation.
