摘 要:运用正交设计,采用不同的基质配比、网袋规格、缓释肥数量对东南石栎(Lithocarpus harlandii)进行轻基质网袋容器育苗试验,结果表明,不同网袋规格、基质配比对东南石栎容器苗的粗生长和高生长都具有显著的影响,不同的缓释肥数量对苗木的粗生长和高生长都没有显著影响,东南石栎轻基质网袋容器育苗采用5 cm×(10~12)cm的无纺布网袋规格,东北泥炭与砻糠体积比7:3为基质,适量加施缓释肥(2.5 kg/m3),其1年生苗高可达27.23 cm,地径0.32 cm。Experiment on cultivation of Lithocarpus harlandii seedlings was conducted by orthogonal design with different substrate formula,net-bag specification and slow-release fertilizer quantity.The result showed that net-bag specification and substrate formula had evident effect on diameter and height growth of seedlings,but slow-release fertilizer quantity had no great effect on.The experiment resulted that height and ground diameter growth of 1-year seedling could reached 27.23cm and 0.32cm with net-bag of 5cm×(10 ~ 12)cm nonwoven cloth,volume ratio of peat from Northeast China to rice chaff of 7:3,and with 2.5kg/m^3 slow-release fertilizer applied.
