摘  要:采用正交设计开展了珍贵用材树种江南油杉(Keteleeria cyclolepis)无纺布轻基质容器育苗试验,研究了容器规格(高度)、缓释基肥施入量、基质配比3个因子对江南油杉苗木质量的影响。结果表明:不同的容器规格、基质配比和缓释肥施入量对江南油杉的苗高、基径和高径比等3个苗期主要性状有较显著的影响(除基质配比对基径影响较小外);各组合处理间也有较显著差异,以5号处理组合苗木生长最好,苗高、基径和高径比平均值分别为18.83 cm、0.261 cm和72.23,其次是6号、3号和2号处理组合。采用直径为5 cm的无纺布容器袋育苗时,无纺布容器袋的长度为10 cm,基质配比可选用本试验所用基质即锯木屑:泥炭:炭化谷壳体积比为4:4:2,也可根据当地实际选用本基地的配比,基质中缓释基肥施入量3 kg/m3,育苗密度控制在220~230株/m2,可以生产出优质壮苗。This paper dealt with an experiment on container seedling cultivation of Keteleeria cyclolepis with nonwoven cloth container and light medium through orthogonal design.Study was made on effect of container height,quantities of controlled release fertilizer and the medium proportion on seedling quality of K.cyclolepis.The results showed that seedling height,ground diameter and ratio of seedling height to ground diameter were significantly affected by container height,the quantities of controlled release fertilizer and the medium proportion.There were significant differences on seedling growth among different treatment combinations.The treatment combination No.5 was the best one with average seedling height,ground diameter and ratio of height to ground diameter of 18.83cm,0.261cm and 72.23,respectively.The treatment combination of No.6,No.3 and No.2 were relatively good treatments.10cm of nonwoven cloth was sufficient for container with diameter of 5 cm.The experiment concluded that the quantities of controlled release fertilizer of 3 kg/m3,the medium proportion of 4:2:2(sawdust: peat: carbonized hull)and the density of 220-230 seedlings/m^2 were the optimized techniques for high quality seedlings.
