钙钛矿型LaNiO_3纳米粉体的制备及表征

摘　　要：以硝酸盐为原料、柠檬酸为络合剂,采用柠檬酸络合分解法制取了LaNiO3的前躯体,后经高温煅烧得到单相钙钛矿型的LaNiO3纳米级粉末。利用XRD、SEM等手段对其结构及形貌进行表征,结果表明所得到的LaNiO3颗粒大小约为50～80nm。The precursor of nano-powders of LaNiO3 was obtained with citric acid complexation process,nitrate as its raw materials,citrate as complex agent.Mono-phase perovskite-type of LaNiO3 nano-powders could be obtained by calcined precursor powders at high temperature.The powders were characterized with X-ray diffraction（XRD）,and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.The experimental results show that the LaNiO3 nano-podwer with perovskite-type was mono-phase one with on average size of about 50～80nm.
