柠檬酸三丁酯在浇铸高能少烟复合改性双基推进剂中的应用

摘  要:用真空安定性方法、观察法和单轴拉伸试验分别研究了柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)与吸收药(NC+NG)、高氯酸铵(AP)、RDX、HM X、吉纳(D INA)和间苯二酚(R es)的相容性、TBC与NC和NG的混溶性,以及TBC分别替代DBP、DEP和NG对浇铸高能复合改性双基(CM DB)推进剂力学性能和物理交联密度的影响。结果表明,TBC与(NC+NG)、AP、RDX、HM X、D INA和R es的相容性良好;且TBC也能与NG和NC混溶。同时,用TBC替代DBP和DEP对CM DB推进剂力学性能的影响不大;但TBC替代NG对CM DB推进剂力学性能的影响明显;随着TBC含量的增加,推进剂常温(+20℃)和高温(+50℃)的拉伸强度σm逐渐降低,而常温和高温的延伸率mε逐渐增大,同时推进剂的物理交联密度逐渐减小。The compatibility of tributyl citrate(TBC) with NC/ NG,ammonium perchlorate(AP),hexogen(RDX),octogen(HMX),N-nitro-dihydroxyethy-lamiediitrate(DINA) and resorinol(Res),the miscibility of the NC-TBC/NG mixed system and the effects of substitution of TBC for dibutyl phthalate(DBP),diethyl phthalate(DEP) and TG on the mechanical property and physical cross-linking densitys of casting CMDB propellant were studied by means of vacuum stability tast(VST) metheod,observation method and uniaxial tensile test,respectively.The results showed that the mixed systems of TBC and contacted materials,NC/NG,AP,RDX,HMX,DINA and Res are compatible,and mixed system of NC-TBC/NG is of great miscibility.The mechanical properties of this propellant didn′t change obviously when DBP and DEP were replaced by TBC.However,by replacing NG with TBC,the mechanical properties of the propellants changed a lot.The tensile strength and physical cross-linking density of the propellants decrease with increasing the quantity of TBC at +20℃ and +50℃,while the elongation of the propellants increase at +20℃ and +50℃.
